SHIPPING & DELIVERY
Which payment methods can I use?
You can pay with Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay and Google Pay.
In some countries, Klarna is also available.
When will my order ship?
Orders are usually prepared within 6–8 weeks.
As soon as your order leaves our warehouse, you’ll receive an email with a tracking link.
I didn’t receive the order confirmation email.
First, take a look in your spam or junk folder.
If it’s not there, write to us at supporto@boatee.it and we’ll resend it.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Once an order has been processed, it can’t be changed or cancelled. If it hasn’t been shipped yet, we may still be able to update your delivery address.

Can I track my shipment?
Yes. When your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the delivery.
Is VAT included in the price?
- For private customers in the EU, VAT is included.
- For EU business customers, VAT is excluded for eligible intra-EU purchases.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs depend on where you’re located.
To see the exact amount, add the product to your cart, select your country and continue to checkout.
How long does delivery take?
Once shipped, standard delivery usually takes 5–7 business days.
Which courier do you use?
We work with leading international couriers. The courier is selected based on your delivery address.
Where do orders ship from?
All European orders are shipped directly from our factory in Italy.
Do you ship outside your country?
Yes, we ship to all EU countries.
Please note that our products include Li-ion batteries, which are classified as hazardous goods and may affect shipping options. If you have questions, contact us at supporto@boatee.it.
WARRANTY & RETURNS
What is your return policy?
You can return a product within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is:
- unused
- in new condition
- in its original packaging
If you bought a Boatee product from a dealer or distributor, please contact them directly.
Are returns free of charge?
Return shipping costs are not covered and must be paid by the customer.
All returns are sent to our factory in Italy.
How do I request a return or exchange?
Send an email to supporto@boatee.it including:
- your order number
- the reason for the return
- the product serial number/s (located near the tiller bracket and or under the battery case)
We’ll guide you through the next steps. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5/7 business days after processing.
How does the warranty work?
Every Boatee product is covered by a 2-year warranty against manufacturing or material defects. Please follow the instructions in the Warranty Statement included with your product user manual.
